Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Support Senior Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Analyze, deploy, troubleshoot, refine, and enhance technical solutions. Provide critical user support to Citi Private Bank. Serve as SME for Capital Markets and trading applications. Active involvement in and ownership of Support Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives. Work cross-functionally to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements. Engage client communications team and publish business user’s notification. Champion stability initiatives to enable application high availability for Business-As-Usual, including better monitoring, failover, and resiliency. Execute and manage release deployments, technical/business checkouts, create run books, knowledge-based article, disaster recovery plans and procedures for application to determine system performance. Advise on critical Incidents. Analyze and determine the scope of issues. Interact with global teams to achieve applications high availability. Appropriately assess risk for business decisions. Drive and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to internal and external policy. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and four (4) years of experience with the banking industry in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Four (4) years of experience must include: Utilizing OpenShift, WebSphere, WebLogic, Udeploy, Evolven, Autosys, Scripting, Microsystems, Gemfire, and IBM Cognos Analytics; Participating in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production using IBM UrbanCode deploy; Utilizing Oracle SQL developer, DBVisualizer, MongoDB, Shell script, Linux, and MS SQL; Incident management tools including Service now; Issue tracking and reporting using Atlassian JIRA; Supporting research and investment application issues reported by client and users, and fixing issues within designated SLAs; Utilizing active monitoring tools including ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, Kibana, and Evolven. 40 hrs./wk.
