Robert Half Service Desk Technician in Irvine, California

Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a Service Desk Technician that will be responsible for in-depth troubleshooting and supporting Azure, Active Directory/O365, networking protocols, setting-up workstations, provide guidance for system application and handling tickets though ticketing management queue and more!

Duration: 6 mo. CTH

Hours: 8-5pm, 40 hrs a wk

100% Onsite

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as IT Support (Help Desk/Desktop)

  • Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Active Directory.

  • Exp. with IT Ticketing System (Freshdesk, Service Now etc.)

  • Exp. supporting Office 365, Adobe DC, Teams, etc.

  • Exp. supporting Windows and Macs PC environment.

  • Exp. supporting Windows 7, 10 & 11 Operating Systems

  • Exp. supporting Copiers, Printers, Scanners, BYOD, & eFax.

  • Exp. with DNS, DHCP, SFTP, SSO, etc.

  • Exp. installing and setting up VPN clients.

  • Exp. with IT Add/Move/Change Requests

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with remote access platform and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and cabling

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Must have a proven customer service background
