Aerotek Process Pilot Engineer in Irvine, California

Immediate Need for Process Pilot Engineer in Irvine, CA

Company focus is on the commercialization of neuro-catheter products in the United States as well as continuing a tradition of physician inspired innovation through novel research and development.


Develop and validate test methods

Design, develop and validate test methods to support additional studies post-commercialization

Remediate design history and product specification

Apply engineering principles to product design analysis and assessment

Assist in the production of engineering reports to provide technical explanation to support domestic and international regulatory submissions

Prepare technical documentation including design history files, drawings, bills of materials, test protocols and reports, engineering change orders, etc.

Coordinate and lead competitive testing and aging testing

Apply the knowledge to product development and product risk assessment

Work with Quality and Regulatory teams to prepare products for FDA submission

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline such as Mechanical, Materials, Biomedical Engineering or related technical field and 5+ years experience
