Law Offices of Samer Habbas Inc. PC Personal Injury Treatment Coordinator in Irvine, California

The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is currently looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Our firm is composed of experienced and dedicated professionals committed to helping clients injured by the negligence of others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate treatment with new clients at intake level to ensure seamless communication and treatment as needed.

  • Coordinate medical appointments for clients at all stages of cases, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Confirm with providers that treatment is occurring and address any concerns with the client.

  • Provide health providers with case status updates.

  • Identify and research new medical providers in the area.

  • Track referrals and doctor lead sources.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Treatment coordinator or similar role preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent telephone customer service etiquette and support.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written) and effectively organized.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Team-oriented and independently capable.

  • A strong desire to expand knowledge of personal injury law.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
