About the Job:

Responsible for helping deliver a product innovation pipeline with creative swings that move culture forward and bring our food story more to the heart of our brand story in partnership with internal and external cross-functional partners. The Product Marketing Manager of Innovation will help redefine what it means to Live Más today.

The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and analytical with the ability to dream big, bring a distinctive POV, execute effectively, and operate in a dynamic environment. This person can inspire teams, both creative and executional in nature and is constantly measuring/evaluating the effectiveness of our efforts while reacting accordingly to continually improve our performance across the designated LTOs.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead Pipeline Development, unlocking new category entry points, identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving future growth for the business.

  • Execute strong line up of test launches and national launches within 10 windowed experience year.

  • Analyze competitive food and beverage landscape, identify new & emerging food trends and translate consumer insights into new menu innovation opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to test & validate new product concepts, including Consumer Insights, Food Innovation, Operations, Finance, Digital, Brand & Supply Chain.

  • Partner with Brand, Creative and Advertising teams on creative comms, promotions, and tactics; Food Innovation, Operations and Finance on commercialization viability, forecasting, and overall go to market strategy.

  • Translate brand, business & marketing strategies into pipeline-specific objectives

  • Provide onboarding, ongoing training and effective coaching to Direct Report(s)

Is This You?

  • BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years on well-established CPG product or in QSR/Restaurant industry preferred.

  • 2+ years in a management/leadership role

  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills

  • Experience developing and tracking Marketing KPIs

  • Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative leadership style.

  • Genuine passion for food and customer experience.

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills

Salary Range: $130,500 to $153,600 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
