Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases.

  • Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling facilities management.

  • Order uniforms for service representatives in the field and navigate Amazon for purchasing.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Organize and manage company events, including business lunches, parties, and other corporate events.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • BA Degree, preferably in HR or business

  • Basic computer skills - must be computer savvy

  • Friendly and people-oriented personality

  • Willingness to learn and grow within HR
