Description OfficeTeam has an opening for a detail-oriented File Clerk for a publicly traded organization in Irvine. In this role, the File Clerk will be responsible for organizing and sorting invoices for the accounting department. Duties for the File Clerk may include but are not limited to: - Alphanumeric filing of incoming invoices - Retrieving and locating older invoices as needed - Keeping filing cabinets tidy and organized - Stooping or bending may be required Requirements The File Clerk must possess the following qualifications: - High School Diploma - 1+ years of entry level office experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel - High level of accuracy and consistency - Must be detail-oriented and highly organized - Must be able to prioritize tasks - Must be able to pass a all candidates required to undergo background check
