The Executive Assistant will support the SVP, US Marketing and Strategy with the THV Business Unit. The EA will assist in a dynamic, fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with executives and various levels throughout the organization, as well as managing confidential matters while exercising high levels of discretion and judgment. This role requires a proactive self-starter who possesses exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written. A high level of professionalism and flexibility are essential. Qualified persons must possess excellent organization skills and exercise strong attention to detail.
Position is onsite (M-F), based out of the Edwards Global Headquarters in Irvine, CA.
How you'll make an impact:
Proactively manage the SVP and one of her VP’s calendar, appointments, travel, Concur and office organization
Use all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level management
Ensure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level management
Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited direction
Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, to optimize use of Executive's time and schedule
Plan and execute meetings and events with some supervision
Work closely with hiring managers to make sure there's a seamless onboarding of any new employee on the team

What you'll need (Required):
H.S. Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Minimum 6 years experience in executive administrative support required
What else we look for (Preferred):
Demonstrated excellent communications (written and verbal), negotiation, and relationship management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.
Advanced problem-solving and project management skills
Ability to manage complex travel arrangements, in keeping with overall time commitments and in support of optimizing time management
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Able to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally across the entire organization and at all organizational levels, including external contacts that may be at high levels
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $94,000 (highly experienced).
