Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an Escrow Assistant role in Irvine, CA.$ 24.04-31.25/hr Temp to hire

Provide support to Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. Input closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer. Prepare documents for closing and handle the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions. Communicate requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions. Interpret earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions. Support Commercial escrow needs.

Strong customer service orientation. Detail orientation. Excellent verbal communication. Problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills. 1-2 years experience as an Escrow Asst or a minimum of 3 years experience in a related real estate or title field.

Preference for Residential or Commercial Escrow experience

Pay Details: $24.04 to $31.25 per hour
