Vontier Customer Success Specialist in Irvine, California

As a Customer Success Specialist you will have the unique opportunity to focus on the customers, build repaltionships and improve the overall Customer Experience (CX). You will work with diverse teams across multiple business functions to continually evolve in Customer Success processes, striving to achieve the best possible experience for our customers.

You will help us in our mission to solve our customers’ problems. To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

•Proactively manage the customer base to maximize retention •Increase customer engagement •Increase sustainable proven value for customers •Deliver a world class Customer Experience (CX) •Improve customer health •Assess customers current level of service and help customer gain greater value from the solution •Work with customers to increase their usage of the solution •Plan and organize time effectively to allow optimal frequency of outbound customer calls to achieve required metrics •Proactively monitor customer health to asses churn risk •Support sales team with upsell and tech refresh •Update and Manage CRM/CTI tools for all assigned customers •Maintain a knowledge base of product and solution feature/functionality

•Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is required in related field preferred •Proven Customer Success and Account Management ability •Prior B2B SaaS experience with telephone-based and virtual customer management skills required. •Experience with ROI business selling and operating expense management •SalesForce.com experience required, with SAP skills an advantage •Working knowledge GPS systems preferable •Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively •Strong customer conflict resolution skills •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels •High level of attention to detail •Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills •Willingness to take ownership, and accountable to achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders •Able to work with a diverse culture •Displays a sound business judgment and decision-making capability •Customer centric orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders •methodical and disciplined approach to problem-solving •Demonstrates ability to operate both strategically and tactically •Ability to work within a fast-paced, change-embracing corporate culture
