Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the contract negotiation process from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine contract requirements, terms, and conditions, and successfully implement contracts.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.

  • Review and analyze contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize contract outcomes.

  • Develop and present contract metrics to the field sales organization senior leadership team and internal senior leadership (i.e. V.P of Sales, Director of Sales, Finance and Director of Marketing)

  • Lead product launches, marketing programs and product discontinuation, activities, providing subject matter expertise in the area of contract management and execution.

  • Lead a team of two or more direct reports and/or managed services.

  • Stay updated on current industry trends and effective methods to continuously enhance contract management processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.

  • Ensures personnel adhere to Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex contracts.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with team members both internally and externally.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
