Teradyne Commercial Operations Manager - Large Accounts in Irvine, California

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Operations Professional to drive strategic initiatives and optimize operations for our strategic large enterprise customers. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, streamlining processes, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Support the development and execution of the commercial strategy for large enterprise customers, aligning with overall business objectives.

• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the large enterprise segment and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and drive long-term goals and strategic initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issues, providing resolution and maintaining positive relationships.

• Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the end-to-end commercial operations process, including sales support, contract management, and performance tracking.

• Implement and refine operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies and operations, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and enterprise customers to streamline processes and resolve issues.

• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive initiatives that impact the large enterprise segment.

Team Leadership and Development

• Collaborate and mentor colleagues within global commercial operations

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting continuous learning and improvement.

• Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and present regular reports on commercial operations performance, customer metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

• Conduct detailed analysis of customer data and operational processes to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Utilize insights from data analysis to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Innovation and Improvement

• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve commercial operations.

• Encourage and lead initiatives to innovate and enhance operational processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial operations, with at least 5 years focused on large enterprise customers or accounts. Proven track record of managing complex commercial operations and driving growth.

Skills:

o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

o Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

o Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) analytics systems.
