MDxHealth Inc. Clinical Laboratory Scientist I/II (CLS I/II) - Technical Support - Shift Mon to Fri , time is flexible in Irvine, California
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist I or II (CLS I or II) performs a variety of routine, complex and experimental clinical laboratory tests in accordance with established processes and procedures within the Technical Support Department. These require professional level of knowledge to properly execute and analyze results, especially where results are abnormal or atypical. The CLS will not routinely perform diagnostics clinical laboratory tests.
The position is in the Technical Support department. The shift is Monday to Friday and the time is flexible
Current State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License REQURIED
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years of experience
Experience working with LIMS database, quality systems and lab automation
Molecular experience preferred (PCR or RT-qPCR with a desire to become technically proficient in troubleshooting of established and future assays
Good reasoning ability, knowledgeable of clinical pathology processes and excellent organization skills to meet established turnaround time deadlines a must
Technical writing experience a plus
Data analysis experience using Microsoft Excel a plus
