Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Associate Attorney for one of our clients in the Irvine, CA area. For over 3 decades our client has made a renowned name for their firm within the civil litigation industry. This firm believes in a hands on approach and makes a conscious effort to get their attorneys into the court room quickly to shadow and participate early in their careers in order to learn. They are avid about developing one another and being open minded to others' ideas. The firm is very big on collaboration and team work and do their best to support one another in order to achieve optimal results for their clients. Due to this, the Associate Attorney will play a crucial role within the legal practice and work closely with clients and other attorneys. This person will gain invaluable experience by being able to work alongside other top notch attorneys and gain hands-on experience in court.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in civil litigation is required.
A strong resume showcasing your legal skills, relevant experience, and academic achievements is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and the court.
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required, along with a valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial to handle complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills are essential to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work well in a team environment are important attributes for success in this role. null
