Adecco is hiring immediately for an Administrative Assistant in Irvine CA.

This is a temporary opportunity with a pay rate of $20/hr. This is an onsite role and M- F hours 7:30am -4:00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Answering calls

· Documenting, personal information, reports, statements, invoices, and information from clients, and other departments.

· Scanning to find relevant information.

· Updating and entering information into relevant databases.

This role typically requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
