As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing financial transactions. Your expertise will ensure that our accounts payable processes are efficient and accurate, supporting our commitment to financial integrity and operational excellence.

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.

• Verify and reconcile discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and billing issues.

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
