BOSS is a leader in the snow and ice management business with a growing lineup of plows for trucks, UTVs and ATVs, salt and sand spreaders, and box plows built for the snow and ice management professional, as well as the homeowner. What Will You Do?  

• Responsible for supporting and coordinating the sales of BOSS related products to a network of Distributors and Dealers.

• Acting as daily point of contact for distributors and BOSS sales representatives.

• Provide excellent customer service to a network of Distributors via phone, e-mail & Live Chat

• Process Customer orders received via phone, e-mail, online, fax, etc.

• Manage shipping methods and shipping calendar

• Process credits including Municipal, Fleet, and C.A.P. credits

• Process Freight quotes and make freight recommendations

• Order tracking, backorder processing, inventory availability

• Troubleshooting issues relating to orders, invoices, credits and shipments

• Provide general assistance to Outside Sales Team Communicate with distributors providing accurate product information and upselling when appropriate

• Assist consumers with concerns relating to product, product availability, interchangeability, dealer location, and dealer concerns.

• Proactively alert marketing, service, engineering, and manufacturing on product concerns.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management

  What Do You Need?  

  To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  

• Associates Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent office experience

• Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred, in a manufacturing/factory environment

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills

• Excellent phone skills

• Basic Accounting skills

• Strong computer knowledge in Windows XP, Microsoft Word and Excel; experience in Microsoft Access a plus

• ERP system experience such as SAP a plus; and/or backordering processing system

• Strong typing skills

• Proven ability to multi-task

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ​

• Position is fully onsite in Iron Mountain MI #LI-Onsite
