Your Opportunity

As a Software Development Intern, you will be working to support internal and external customer needs, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams, receive mentorship, and gain insight into our values-driven process. You will join our team of passionate and knowledgeable engineers to help build the systems that power our applications and contribute to continuously improving our engineering practices. The position is located at Ipswich, Massachusetts, USA.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to implementation/development of well-engineered solutions.

  • Contribute to creation and implementation of test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure adequate coverage based on requirements.

  • Contribute to software engineering best practices for design, coding standards, performance, test automation, security, delivery, maintainability, and culture.

  • Contribute to the ongoing efforts to continuously improve the quality of the team's deliverables.

Your Team:

You will be welcomed as a member of the Operations & Finance Development team (a team of about 10 people) supporting Sales and back office teams technically. Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work life balance working remotely offers. There will be ample resources, tools, training, and support to ensure your success as a Software Development Intern and your development and career growth at EIS.

About You

  • Pursuing Master's degree in a computer science field or related experience.

  • Experience with AWS Cloud technologies

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases

  • Experience with Java, ReactJS, Spring Framework, Microservice Architecture, Messaging Queues, REST API

Pay Range

USD $22.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
