Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager with strong skills in mechanical and piping layout. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing bid packages for subcontract work, reviewing engineering packages for constructability, developing labor and material estimates, scheduling crews, documenting progress, interfacing with owners, engineers, and field labor, and performing quality inspections of completed work.

Hard Skills

• Mechanical Piping Experience

• Pharmacy or Food Grade Machinery Installation

• Planning in an Industrial Environment

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in IOWA CITY, Iowa.

Work Environment

This role will be in an industrial facility overseeing the construction of capital projects.
