KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE is now accepting applications for a WOMEN'S STEWARDSHIP. Provide cleaning services to obtain the objectives of Kitchen Kettle Village. Support the Physical Plant Team in an efficient manner and "spread happiness" to our guests.'
COMPETENCIES/SCHEDULE
An ideal candidate for this position can read and write, can work with a team, have personal effectiveness and credibility, and have great guest interaction skills. This is a full-time position and can be expected to be scheduled between 32-40 hours per week. This position requires frequent Saturdays and holidays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning floor surfaces in women's restroom.
- Vacuuming floor surfaces.
- Clean all women's restroom facility surfaces and areas directed by management.
- Ensure that cleaning chemicals and supplies are rotated and stocked in the women's restroom.
- Empty interior and exterior trash cans.
- Sweep and dispose of Village liter.
- Attend and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
- General moving of items.
- Recognize additional cleanliness tasks to keep yourself busy.
- Establish positive relationships with guests and fellow team members.
- Assist Physical Plant team upon request.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned and required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in an indoor and outdoor environment. Fast-paced and active working environment. Exposure to fumes, dust and odors. Subject to fluctuating temperatures and weather conditions. This position routinely operates equipment such as floor scrubbers, trash carts, mop buckets, squeegees, brooms, hand tools, and spray bottles.
