Our graduate program has been designed to offer you the key skills and knowledge in both Manufacturing Execution (Syncade) and Process Automation (DeltaV) Systems needed to be a key part of our team. Your training will commence with an initial eight-week technology boot camp in the European Engineering Hub in Cluj , Romania, which will provide a solid technical foundation across a range of Emerson products and services.

To maximize your personal experience, a mentor and buddy will be provided from the engineering team. They will help you create the opportunities to engage and learn from our specialists as well as some of the best technical leaders in the industry, giving you an unrivalled introduction to our business and the areas we operate. By learning from the best, you will evolve professionally as well as personally and build a firm foundation upon which to specialize later.

You will have the chance to broaden and develop your skills through the immersive ‘ Global Learning Center’s e-learning that is built around your needs, specialized for Life Sciences projects, and interacting with product / systems specialists.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor university degree or equivalent, or final year study graduating in 2023, particularly in the following:

• Process Automation and Control

• Computer Science

• Electronics Engineering

• Software Engineering

• Biotech or Chemical Engineering

• Flexibility to travel and stay abroad, as needed

• English and German fluency and strong communication skills, both verbally and written

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Passion and motivation to be the best in your field

• Proactivity, curiosity and solution driven thinking can be an asset
