Job Summary

True Timber Outdoors Holding Co, LLC, is currently seeking a self-motivated, highly organized Product Development Specialist to join our team at our Inman, SC office. As the Product Development Specialist, you will work with the product development and merchant teams on product approvals and production WIP to ensure a seamless development and production process. This role will focus on apparel and accessories for multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with our Product Development/Merchant Team on product approvals.

  • Maintain product development WIP and enter comments and approvals in PLM system.

  • Good understanding of international production timelines.

  • Manage factory and import compliance requirements.

  • Good understanding of fabrics and trims.

  • Ability to review/comment on lab dips and bulk dye lots.

  • Maintain component and finished product testing requirements/reports.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to manage tight timelines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with PLM systems is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.

  • Must work well in a team unit.

  • Proficient in problem solving.

  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize workload.

  • 3-5 years experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
