Phoenix Industrial Services is a staffing agency located in Monroe. We are hiring for an Industrial Paint Booth Operator in Inkster, MI. Our client is a premier manufacturer of customized material handling products and specializes in providing complex solutions to the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience with precision measuring instruments, construction painting, machining, fabrication, welding, Lean manufacturing, basic math, auto painting, auto body repair, and crane operation.
Duties - Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment - Perform precision machining and fabrication tasks - Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy - Conduct construction painting and auto painting as needed - Weld components as required - Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
Requirements - Proficiency in operating machinery and equipment - Experience in machining, fabrication, welding, and construction painting - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles - Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations - Familiarity with auto painting and auto body repair techniques - Ability to operate a crane safely and efficiently
