Grundfos Senior IoT Engineer in Indjija, Serbia

Are you ready to take a hands-on and practical approach tointegration of pumps, sensors, etc.Do you want to work with digital innovation at an international level? Join one of the world’s largest players within HVAC OEM and work closely with global OEM customers that deliver innovative heat pumps and other appliances for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

What is the job about?

As senior IoT development engineer you will help us develop the foundation for getting data from circulator pumps etc. in applications with heat pumps and boilers. We have the vision to build services and reports based on the data and to use the extensive domain knowledge we have in Grundfos to provide algorithms that can solve pain points for our OEM customers and end-users. As Senior IoT Development Engineer you are expected to collaborate with your peers not only within Grundfos, but also with external partners. Good collaboration with team members is essential for project success and it's important to interact with the ScrumMaster to ensure that all team members are able to deliver according to commitments.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Implement integration of pumps, sensors, controllers to secure efficient and robust connectivity to the cloud as foundation for data pipeline

  • Implementation/test of embedded-/cloud- features for prototypes and production

  • Creation of variants

  • Business support, e.g. technical sales staff and customer interactions

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • The Senior IoT Development Engineer holds a relevant education related to IoT/controllers (e.g. schematic design, I/O, connectivity, EMC)

  • Experience in usage and integration of sensors like temperature, pressure, etc.

  • Experience with a cloudplatform (Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform)

  • Good knowledge about wireless communication protocols (e.g., BLE, Zigbee, etc.)

  • GIT – or similar version control system

  • Curious, knowledge seeking and proud to represent the top level within engineering skills.

  • Should be highly collaborative with colleagues - TEAMwork!

  • Experience with controllers is a need, and the engineer must show appropiate diligence to cover needs for such.

  • As Senior IoT Development Engineer, the Engineer can participate in meetings with business relevant stakeholders, related to SW functionallity and quality.
