As the CI specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure employee suggestion system

• Improve employee suggestion system process and needed IT tools

• Spread the CI culture and knowledge about CI tools and methods and actively participate into development of team members regarding CI

Furthermore, you will:

• Facilitate workshops in order to achieve alignment and agreement linked to continuous improvement initiatives

• Track and organize implementation of suggestion

• Report regularly to management team about suggestion system performance

• Participate in the development and identification of global/local best practices

• Participate in the design and improvement of global/local training activities

• Continuously improve execution of practices and methods based on process measures. Drive and be involved in deep dive assessments

• Support improvement of local competence matrix and establishment of organizational capabilities

What do you need to apply?

• Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

• English language required, high level written and spoken
