Corteva Agriscience US Specialties Marketing Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description

Corteva Agriscience is currently seeking a Marketing Manager where you will support delivering the marketing plan by leading the implementation of marketing operations, and championing priority portfolio initiatives in the Pasture and Land Management and Turf and Ornamental portfolios. The Marketing Manager initiates, develops, organizes, implements and measures effectiveness of the operational marketing plan to promote brand awareness, maximize profit and market share.

How will you help us grow?

  • Analyze and report metrics on key portfolio initiatives and product strategies, develop and lead action plans to meet objectives and close gaps.

  • Participate on identified Local Product Concept and Modify and Improve Supply Chain teams.

  • Execute pricing administration via a thorough understanding of portfolio pricing strategies.

  • Lead implementation of quarterly marketing programs.

  • Align with Demand Planner to operate near-term inventory and demand balancing.

  • Identify re-occurring supply/demand imbalances and work cross-functionally to drive improvement.

Qualifications

What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's degree in Ag-business, Ag-economics, Marketing, Agronomy or related

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or sales management

  • Experience with managing large, diverse product portfolio

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Industry experience preferred
