Description

We are seeking a Title Clerk to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and organizing various customer-oriented tasks, ensuring the accuracy of records, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input title information into the system through data entry.

• Verify the status of payments and take necessary actions.

• Check vehicle titles and/or supporting documentation for accuracy.

• Provide necessary documentation based on sales confirmations.

• Package, seal, and send titles to buyers daily via courier, creating shipping labels as needed.

• Ensure the correct delivery of titles to their respective locations.

• File titles that are awaiting payment.

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the working area.

• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned.

• Utilize skills in Title Clearing, Administrative Assistance, and Data Entry.

Requirements • Prior experience in Title Clearing is preferred

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks

• Strong Data Entry skills with attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in using office technology and software

• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

• Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles

• Proven ability to handle and secure sensitive information.
