Indiana University Health Technologist-Diagnostic Radiology in Indianapolis, Indiana

This position will be weekend option that is scheduled for two 12 hour days (7am-7pm) on Saturday and Sunday. If you have high attention to detail, can follow well-defined instructions, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment performing rewarding care, then this is the place for you.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and respect.

• Basic Life Support certification required.

• Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.

• Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT).

• License from Indiana State Department of Health.
