DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION As a Store Manager for Scrubs and Beyond understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best product to fill that need is Job One! Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service that positively impacts sales and contributes to an upbeat, friendly environment. You'll lead, manage and organize our store according to SandB's values, policies and procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES * Model excellent customer service. * Achieve location's sales plan and use performance targets to maximize business results. * Manage, recruit, on-board, and train all staff. * Ensure associates understand and meet the needs of the business. * Complete all operational activities in compliance with company policies and procedures * Implement all merchandising guidelines. * Effectively manage store inventory. * Ensure all cash management duties are followed. * Follow and execute safety and security routines. * Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness.
