What You-ll Do

• Must have skills:

• 6-8 years of overall testing experience

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies

• Experience working with the offshore team and teams from different time zones.

• Experience in the Retail domain is a MUST - specifically supply chain, order management, and warehouse management

• Database and API testing

• Experience in Agile methodology

• Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and Test Management Tools

• Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Thought leadership in the testing space

• Leading and mentoring offshore team

• Creating/ Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases

• Managing Test Execution, defects, and test reporting

• Maintaining test data and documentation

• Working closely with the onsite test lead, development, and support teams

• Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies

• Soft Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good oral and written communication

• Adaptability and Flexibility - adapt to shifting priorities, new requirements, and unexpected challenges without compromising quality.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
