What You-ll Do

• IT Product Owner with experience on P&C domain - Mandatory

• Kanban Lead/Scrum Master experience - Mandatory

• Level 3 Incident Management Support experience - Mandatory

• Experience of managing offshore team - Mandatory

• Experience of collaborating with Client Architect, Product Manager, Business users and other dependent squads to understand the requirements, acceptance criteria and work with the team for the execution - Mandatory

• Experience of using JIRA, BMC Remedy, XMatters, WIKI, Lucid Chard - Good to have

• SAFE POPM/Scrum Master certified - Good To have

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
