EWINGS is in search of Indiana-residing temporary Senior Healthcare Provider Network Contractorsto help build a robust provider network for a Medicare Advantage network in Indiana. We are seeking mid-and-senior level experienced provider network contractors to contract hospitals, large and small groups, and independent practitioners.
We are looking to partner with contractors residing in Indiana who have also recently contracted in the state. Phase 1 of this effort begins Q1 2023 and will conclude in Q1 2024. Exact dates TBD in the coming weeks. For top-producers there is opportunity for consideration for subsequent network build phases in 2024.
Some of our most vulnerable populations rely on Medicare for their healthcare needs. Let's work together to provide them with the access they need and deserve!

Initial 12-month contract.
Telecommutebased, but prefer contractors who are open to visiting local providers.
Hourly reimbursement starting at $60/hr for mid-level contractors, depending on skillset, experience, and remaining positions available at mid and senior levels.
Hourly reimbursement starting at $70/hr for senior-level contractors, depending on skillset, experience, and remaining positions available.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5+ years' experience contracting with Indiana providers
Available to complete a 12-month contract.
7+ years of experience in healthcare provider network development, network contracting, account management, provider services, provider contracting, etc.
7+ years of experience in network fee schedule development using actuarial models.
7+ years of experience utilizing financial models and analysis in negotiating network rates.
7+ years of experience in performing network adequacy and network gap analysis.
Intermediate level of knowledge of claims processing systems and guidelines.
PRIMARY PROJECT GOALS
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers in compliance with contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure the network composition includes an appropriate distribution of provider specialties.
Provide explanations and interpretations for the provider network roster within your area of expertise.
Receive provider phone calls and answer questions as appropriate.
Resolution of contract loading issues.
