Insight Global Salesforce Developer in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description

Support & Development: Provide developer support for the Colleges Salesforce platform and related technologies.

Multi-Org Environment: Manage a multi-org Salesforce CRM using Education Data Architecture (EDA) and Sales Cloud.

Functionality Development: Develop business enhancements, user account maintenance, workflows, data structures, integrations, and routine tasks.

Technical Evaluation: Evaluate and complete new development requests and technical roadmaps.

Standards & Collaboration: Define application development standards and collaborate with the technical team to validate business requirements.

Release Management: Oversee release management, ensuring proper use of DevOps tools and best practices.

Ownership of Release Cycles: Implement and deploy new or updated applications and code.

Data Feeds & Integrations: Support Salesforce CRM data feeds and integrations, maintaining technological resources.

Apex & Visualforce Development: Develop Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Best Practices & Documentation: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for custom development.

Skills and Requirements

Education/Experience: Salesforce CRM development education or equivalent experience.

Platform Development: Experience with Salesforce CRM platform development.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages.

DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps Release Management.

Project Management: Preferred understanding of Delivery and Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). - Experience with Copado preferred. null
