Hilton is growing its Signia by Hilton Portfolio with the upcoming opening of Signia by Hilton Indianapolis in late 2026. The 800‑room property will be a key anchor hotel linked to the Indiana Convention Center. Exciting opportunity alert! The pre-opening sales team is searching for a Sales Coordinator to be part of this dynamic team.

What Will I Be Doing?

The Sales coordinator answers the telephone to assist internal and external guests with requests. They will be supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales Managers in preparing proposals/contracts. Data entry using Delphi.fdc, Microsoft Word and Excel. Preparing for client site inspections. Attend weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group pick up meeting, weekly resume meeting, and daily sales meeting. Running reports through Delphi, systems administrative duties (making sure accuracy of all definite groups in the system). Completes special projects as requested by their team.
