What you will enjoy doing* * You will assess and analyze current manufacturing processes, including overseeing and optimizing the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency * You will work in a collaborative environment to develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs * Further you will develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes * You will also develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures * You must communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met
