The Manager, IT Core Services is an integral part of bringing RayzeBio's innovative drug products to patients in need. In this role, you will report directly to the Exec. Director, IT and be primarily responsible for core infrastructure services and platforms. The role will ensure the foundational infrastructure services along with appropriate qualification for lab and business process solutions are enabled and maintained. You will work with lab automation, large corporate systems, small biotech systems, across all functions for the area. Additional responsibilities will include working with architectural and IT partners and specialty equipment manufacturers to achieve our technology and commercialization goals.

This role is located at Rayzebio's Indianapolis, IN site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the IT shared landscape across the site IT systems like IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure examples include Network, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.

  • Own the IT Life Cycle Management (LCM) program as well as the roadmap for all the above listed IT Infrastructure.

  • Be the local IT Cybersecurity Point Of Contact (POC) and own the system patching effort for various local IT systems.

  • Provide Point of Contact (POC) services to workstation business system owners for IT services.

  • Monitor, track and reduce incident and request tickets related to IT Infrastructure.

  • Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.

  • Manage support Periodic reviews of systems (as required).

  • Own the Disaster Recovery of local computerized systems and be the main POC during high severity tickets.

  • Accountable for uninterrupted operation of systems based on business needs.

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years' IT experience in a cGxP injectable or Radiopharmaceutical environment is strongly preferred.

  • Proven technical leadership and management experience.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing automation and digitization projects.

  • BS/MS Information Technology or similar degree or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially regarding:

  • Teamwork and collaboration

  • Client focus

  • Verbal and written communication

  • Knowledge of pharma IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure including Networks, Servers, Printers, Scanners, Switches, data centers, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.

  • Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, SDLC regulations, including 21CFR part 11, and good documentation practices.

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated success working in a high-performing, business results-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity, patching and IT Life Cycle Management (LCM).

  • Understanding of computer system validation.
