Oversee, coordinates and supervises all offices coordinators working in outpatient clinical locations of Gallahue Mental Health Services and Behavioral Health Services.
Trains new hires and new procedures.
Develops and monitors maintenance of standardized processes within the offices.
Conducts meeting with support staff, performs personnel management functions including hiring, performance appraisals, developmental plans and disciplinary actions.
Functions as a liaison between clinical / administrative staff as well as acting as resource.
In conjunction with clinical managers, will determine master schedules for offices and individual staff schedules.
In conjunction with Administrative Staff and Patient Accounts staff, will train and act as resource on shared processes.
Will produce needed reports for productivity, staffing levels, etc.
May field complaints and suggestions from internal and external customers.
Assists with Performance Improvement & Policy Procedure development.
Three (3)+ years of experience working in a medical office
Bachelor’s Degree required
Team building skills
Strong office system skills, interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work independently
Skills in problem identification and resolution
Sensitivity to customer relations and confidential nature of work
