Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experience IT Operations Manager to help support a Law Firm out of Indianapolis, Columbus, OH, or Chicago. This person will need to have a strong aptitude for IT Operations standard procedures. This person will be involved in overseeing 7-10 individuals and overseeing all process improvement changes, reporting, coordination, monitoring production changes, maintenance, ticketing, resource allocation, and general IT Operations.

Skills and Requirements

o Bachelors degree in Comp Sci, IT Sysems, Computer Engineering or other related field or 5 years of working as an IT Manager

   o Experience with heavy documentation environments, standards and processes

   o Knowledge of standard IT Enterprise Operations

   o Experience managing IT teams with open communication, experience with problem escalations, and setting expectations

   o Demonstrated experience in Change management processes

Experience with developing and reporting metrics across cross-functional teams o Vendor management experience, specific experience in transitioning from an in-house service desk to a Managed Service Provider

Previous experience in a legal environment (if they have worked at a law firm, HUGE PLUS) null
