IGT Indiana, of IGT, partners with the State Lottery Commission of Indiana to maximize net income to the State of Indiana in a socially responsible manner through the sales of Hoosier Lottery tickets. Generating more than $1.7 billion in sales annually, IGT Indiana is responsible for marketing, product development, sales, corporate social responsibility, technology, and operations functions for and on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery.

Overview

An Instant Tickets Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of functions all contributing to inventory management at retail while maintaining security for both the retailer and Hoosier Lottery and allowing sales growth to occur. The ITS rep needs to have the ability to multitask and be a critical thinker. Additionally, they must stay focused on implementing top revenue generating initiatives, these include but are not limited to maintaining order efficiency, optimize call cycles all of which assist in achieving IGT-IN business plan objectives. An ITS rep will support the Sales reps and retailers in all facets of scratch inventory management always maintaining a positive attitude and top-rated customer service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the ability to complete assigned daily ITS duties in an organized manner

• Maintain department averages for inbounds, shortages, and call monitoring scores

• Responsible for maintaining inventory compliance at retail and blocks with the assigned cycles

• Collaborates with assigned Sales reps to ensure that needed inventory is maintained at retail

• The ability to balance assigned workload and extra projects/tasks as assigned

• Manage inbound calls and maintain accuracy around notes and ordering needs for retailers.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
