The Global Marketing Campaign Manager joins a team of marketers who are passionate about the buyer’s journey and continually push the creative envelope. We are storytellers. We are results-oriented. We are data-driven. In this role, you will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support a post-purchase customer experience. You will drive demand generation for post-purchase service offerings, focusing on value-based selling to drive long-term, repeat customers. Working with partners across the globe, you will facilitate the deployment and execution of your campaigns in every major geo.
Own the development of global marketing campaigns that result in increased sales and profit growth.
Create engaging content that amplifies our brand, differentiates our products and services. Articulate technical content into significant customer messaging, convey creative direction, and develop new content & messaging.
Execute tactics through traditional and digital channels including website, email, social, trade show, telemarketing, webinar, and publications.
Adapt content to different target customer personas and segments and repurpose & distribute through digital channels. Maintain a deep understanding of your target market segment and key personas through the voice of the customer (VoC).
Handle digital campaign assets, develop landing pages, and run effective keyword strategy across organic channels.
Lead localization and application of digital content for use in international markets. Utilize CMS and Marketing Automation Platforms to create landing pages, emails, and related assets. Handle auto-responders and follow-up communication for digital touchpoints Partner effectively with key members in sales, quality and regulatory, digital marketing, product management, and R&D.
Measure and evaluate key performance indicators (important metrics) such as leads generated, quality, revenue, and customer engagement by tactic.
Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of experience
5+ years of experience with marketing automation and email campaign management
3+ years of hands-on digital execution experience in multiple channels including search and content marketing
Validated experience and expertise in developing global integrated marketing campaigns and execution through multiple channels and tactics
Shown experience with copywriting, messaging, and segmentation, and the ability to create a story through messaging that follows a complete buyer’s cycle.
Confirmed understanding of digital marketing strategy for B2B organization
Shown success at marketing high value, solution-based platforms (hardware, consumables, software, service, support)
Preferred working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo, BrightEdge, DOMO, and Sitecore.
An ability to optimally lead creative resources. Including: translating business objectives into strategy briefs and then leading agency work to deliver on the brief, including the evaluation of work at each stage of development.
