Aerotek Electrical Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana

Industrial Maintenance Technicians Needed in Indianapolis, IN

Description:

  • Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance related to equipment, including inspecting, operating, or testing machinery or equipment to diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions

  • Machinery/components include 3 phase motors, gear boxes, motor control circuits, VFD's, sensors, switches, conveyors, packaging equipment

  • Utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and/or parts catalogs as necessary

  • Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or performing other preventive maintenance tasks

  • 80% of the work is reactive and 20% is preventative.

Shift:

  • 2nd

Must Haves:

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Ability to work overtime

  • Willing to submit to a drug test/background check
