WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER The Donor Content Designer creates engaging, on-brand materials for donors and for the fundraising staff who work with donors. They will work in close cooperation with other donor relations professionals, trainers and consulting experts, fundraisers from across the organization, marketing and conservation staff, vendors and others as needed. They will directly support the Donor Content and Story Team in delivering communication support for fundraising campaigns, donor-facing materials and learning products for fundraisers. They will support the user experience of staff seeking up-to-date messaging and materials on TNC's top conservation priorities, which may include web content, presentations, fact sheets, case statements, photobooks, maps, infographics, and reports. The Donor Content Designer maintains up-to-date, expert knowledge of design tools and practices, applies that knowledge to the organization's fundraising goals and acts as a resource for other team members. They are responsible for building relationships with closely aligned teams to ensure consistency of messaging and materials and to foster greater organizational collaboration. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination. Experience with current technology in design. Experience using broad design and production skills for donors or fundraisers, such as: presentations, fact sheets, case statements, photobooks, maps, infographics, reports, and web pages. Experience organizing and coordinating multiple projects across departments. Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of design and visual communications. Demonstrated fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Fluency in prototyping soft are such as Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch. SALARY INFORMATION The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $64,200-$94,700 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
