Marketing Cloud is growing rapidly with a diverse global customer footprint. To sustain the growth, we need faster and more actionable data insights than ever before to deliver a world-class experience to our customers at a rapid pace. We are looking for a Director of Product Management who will obsess over transforming the data-driven culture to meet the future growth trajectory of Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate will be humble, intensely curious, and able to influence and lead without authority. They will have a strong background in business acumen, technical expertise in building scalable data & reporting platforms and driving cross-functional projects.
Drive the vision and roadmap for reporting and data warehousing platforms for M&J business reporting and insights. Partner closely with the engineering and architecture teams to build the technology and platform to meet the business and product requirements.
Drive the transformation of data-driven product culture at Marketing Cloud by enabling self-service actionable reporting and insights for the org by building scalable and compliant tools and processes for stakeholders to access data for exploratory analysis, as well as ad-hoc and official reports.
Partner with business divisions across Salesforce spanning finance, renewals, deal desk, business technology, sales, and other related teams to drive the Salesforce wide platform investments to enable building key business insights and influence the direction of Marketing Cloud business.
Collaborate and influence the direction of Salesforce-wide data policy and governance teams for an aligned roadmap
6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
Demonstrated experience building software products, ideally in building large-scale enterprise cloud services.
Go-getter - you can drive results for impact, manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and see it through the finish line
Communicative - you can communicate (written or spoken) effectively with other product managers, engineers, architects, stakeholders, software vendors, and finance
Collaborative - you have experience working with distributed cross-functional teams
Technically savvy - you are as comfortable deep-diving with engineering as you are with writing product requirements
Analytical - you can frame the right questions, evaluate multiple facets of a problem, derive solutions, and simulate possible outcomes
Agile - you have experience working with engineers to deliver software using Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
