TekSystems is hiring Call Center Representatives for a local health insurance company!
Description:
Contractors will be taking Inbound calls from Members
They will be on the phones most of the day
They will document calls into the system as they happen
Calls would include:
Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not cover
Issues with billing, requests for a new card
If specific products will be covered by their insurance
Updating address's in the system
Locating doctors in the network for them
Shift:
Training is 8:30am-5:00pm
After training, you must be able to work between 8am-8pm
Work Environment:
Training is onsite for 4-6 weeks
After training, you will be eligible to work fully remote
Will be asked to come onsite if having performance issues
