[Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Indianapolis, Indiana and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. [Work Youll Do: [Manage the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. 50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications, utilizing Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, Microsoft (MS) Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS); Managing the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps utilizing Design Thinking and Enterprise architecture frameworks; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs utilizing Discovery workshops and capturing user stories in Jira; Mapping current and creating to-be business service flows that help design components for online applications utilizing flowcharts and swimlane diagrams in MS Visio; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders; Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks using Agile methodology; and Managing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews. *[Other: [Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week [To apply visit apply.deloitte.com.
