Heritage Environmental Services, LLC Business Process Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana

Indianapolis, IN, USA | Salary | Corporate IT | Full Time

Primary Purpose

Provide ongoing business process and application support in the form of process design and implementation, training, and troubleshooting for business processes and supporting systems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

  • Subject matter expert on the end to end business processes that support major functional areas like the quote to cash cycle, inventory management, operational execution, order to delivery logistics, and the sales cycle.

  • Collaborate with others to identify and implement innovative improvements around system applications and business processes.

  • Coordinate meetings, assemble documents, and maintain project plans.

  • Assist team in identifying, troubleshooting, and correcting application issues.

  • Provide tier 2 triage, resolution and/or assignment of application or process faults.

  • Develop and maintain training materials and system documentation for existing and new business processes.

  • Perform system testing to ensure functionality and accuracy of application changes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience: History of successful employment. Previous job related IT experience a plus, but not required.

Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of Heritage Business operations and systems. Self starter, able to work to a goal with limited supervision. Strong analytic problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate well with diverse teams of people. Meeting management and time management skills. Consensus building. Effective written communication and note taking ability. Able to effectively train groups of people. Training materials and a system documentation preparation. Occasional travel required.
