Description

We are seeking a proficient Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our team based in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. The primary focus of this role will be to handle the bookkeeping needs of a diverse portfolio of small business clients, utilizing Quickbooks in both desktop and online platforms. This job function involves regular travel to client locations, all within a manageable distance from our office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied portfolio of small business clients, providing comprehensive bookkeeping services

• Carry out regular visits to client locations for personalized service delivery

• Utilize Quickbooks desktop and online to manage and process client information

• Foster strong, lasting relationships with small business clients through excellent customer service

• Monitor client accounts regularly and take necessary action based on account status

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all customer credit applications

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) duties efficiently

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Assist in the growth of the company through diligent work and client acquisition.

Requirements • Proficiency in Basic Bookkeeping is required

• Experience with QuickBooks software is essential

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is needed

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is required
