Description We are searching for an Associate Move Project Manager to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. This role primarily functions in the project management sector, with the main focus on coordinating office moves. The role is based in an in-person work environment and offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office moves efficiently while ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

• Confirm the availability of new locations and work within a schedule with movers and other team members.

• Maintain accurate inventory of existing workstations and seating locations.

• Provide additional move support services as required in support of office relocation efforts.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites to keep track of all relevant data.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills in all tasks.

• Communicate professionally when interacting with employees and customers.

• Participate in extensive training to understand the specifics of the role.

• Ensure the accuracy of all data related to move projects.

• Act in a support role for the workstation environment, ensuring efficient operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Customer Service

• Ability to provide Support Services

• Strong Organizational skills

• Knowledge of Workstation Support and ability to manage Workstations

• Experience in Project Management

• Ability to provide Onsite support

• Willingness to take all candidates required to undergo drug screening

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience in providing Training

• Basic understanding of the Go programming language

• Ability to pass a all candidates required to undergo background check
