Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is partnering with a National company to place an Administrative Coordinator in their Missouri office on a direct hire basis. The Administrative Coordinator will support one sales leader and 3 sales people in a small office in Creve Coeur. The full time onsite position for the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for answering phone calls, directing clients to the correct sales person, sending out emails to their customers, tracking, and calendar management. The company has a fun culture and is interested in hiring a talented admin that has a "what can I do for you now" attitude. The annual salary for the Administrative Coordinator will be up to 55K. Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound phone calls and directing them to the appropriate sales personnel.

• Assisting with the management of customer relationships through the CRM system.

• Handling calendar management for sales leaders and staff.

• Assisting in the preparation of reports and expense reports.

• Providing administrative support to the sales team.

• Managing and tracking communication with customers via email.

• Assisting with budget processes within the department.

• Providing sales support as needed.

• Ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficient in CRM systems

• Familiarity with expense reports

• Experience in calendar management

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Previous experience in providing administrative assistance

• Ability to support sales teams

• Experience in creating reports

• Ability to handle inbound and direct phone calls effectively

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
