Job Summary This role requires you to Schedule appointments, gives information to callers, takes minutes, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business details. This role has a pay range of $65-70k annually. This role is a Direct Hire Opportunity.

Responsibilities:

· Composes and types of routine correspondence and contracts

· Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.

· Arranged conference calls.

· Coordinates and arranges meeting, prepared agendas, reserves and prepared facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.

· Processes monthly life/disability billing.

· Processes information/forms, enrollment forms on fringe benefits, including pension plan, FMLA STD, LOA medical, dental and vision.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
